How long is a session?

Our standard session is 50 minutes.
that includes sauna time, cold plunge, and rest.

Orchard Sauna can suit you if you:

  • Train and want simple recovery
  • Work a lot and need a clear break
  • Feel stressed and want quiet time
  • Enjoy hot and cold and want a regular routine

by booking, you agree to the terms and conditions on our website.

  • Sessions are by booking only
  • Please arrive on time; late arrival means less time inside
  • You can cancel or move your session up to 24 hours before your start time

You don’t need experience. We explain the basics when you arrive.

Please bring:

  • Swimwear
  • A towel
  • A water bottle
  • Flip-flops if you like
How much does it cost?

A single session is €15 per person.
we also have packages:

  • 5 sessions — €67.50
  • 10 sessions — €125
  • 20 sessions — €200
  • The sauna is usually between 70–100°C
  • The ice bath is usually between 4–15°C

Tt can vary with the day and weather.

Most people do:

  • 5–15 minutes in the sauna
  • Cool down
  • A short ice bath
  • Rest, then repeat if they feel good

You choose how many rounds you do.
If you feel lightheaded or unwell, stop and rest.

Orchard Sauna is 18+.
If you are pregnant, have heart issues, blood pressure problems, or any medical concerns, please talk to your doctor before booking.If you feel unwell at any point, step out and let us know.
